NeuroTraining
Focus on the nervous system
Why the nervous system is crucial: Every movement, every thought, every emotion – it all starts in the nervous system. When communication is disrupted there, pain, loss of energy or performance slumps occur. With targeted Neuroraining, Ferdinand Bader brings your system back into balance – so you feel free, strong and capable.
What is done
The focus is not on symptoms, but on your body's control centre: the nervous system. Ferdinand's approach is called Diagnostics – Training – Success – he identifies neural signal disturbances, resolves them in a targeted manner and optimises communication between the brain and body.
When your nervous system feels secure, the following occurs automatically:
- More energy
- Less pain
- Better movement
- Better quality of life
Full neural potential unfolds through a nervous system that works safely, efficiently and effectively again.
Our brain receives stimuli (visual, kinesthetic, vestibular, etc.), these stimuli are processed and the instructions for action are sent as output to muscles, organs, the heart, etc.

The procedure based on an example
Maria has neck pain. Imaging procedures (MRI, X-ray) have not revealed any pathological defects. She has physiotherapy and osteopathy, which helps at times, but the problem does not go away. The brain obviously has a persistent red flag regarding the neck. This means that either not all information from the area is reaching the brain (input), it is being misinterpreted (processing), or the brain's instructions (output) are not reaching their intended destination.
The diagnostic process begins by identifying which areas of the brain are producing these red flags. The aim is to find out why the brain is having a problem. The next step is to identify which areas of the brain can help improve the connections. During training, the areas of the brain involved are specifically stimulated (eye movements, body movements, sensory stimuli, etc.) in order to improve the flow of information at the neural level.
Neurotraining is like learning vocabulary. It requires short, frequent inputs to ensure that the connection becomes stable and permanent. Success is achieved when the brain regains full control of the situation with better information, improved processing or more targeted signals, thereby eliminating errors (in this case, pain).

Lasting change begins in the nervous system.
That is why Ferdinand Bader focuses on neural development – individual, measurable and holistic.
He tests, identifies and trains – step by step. The goal: a nervous system that feels secure, stable and capable. This is how real change happens – from the inside out.
